Siemens PLM Software builds up Ecosystem for students in China to improve their career readiness
Summer is the time when many graduates look for jobs. Last month, several graduates hired by Siemens PLM Software channel partners UGITC and UDS – talked with us. They discussed the importance of their academic institutes joining Siemens PLM Software academic program in China. They shared their experience on the benefits from an engaged ecosystem of academic institute’s teaching, certification program, internship and channel partner recruitment program. This ecosystem ensures students not only learn leading edge PLM software, but also get support that helps their future work in the real world, even leading to career opportunities.

” I started to learn NX in freshman year and Teamcenter in my third year. After years’ learning, I do like this software, and it leads my career direction finally. I got NX certification, then passed internship interview to join Siemens PLM Software. During internship period, I executed software operation in daily work, also learned how important good working attitude is in my job – it is very helpful in my future career. ” Per Siemens PLM Software internship program, I not only extended my knowledge but also learned how to work in details with patience; During the internship period, I understood how Industry 4.0 can be in China; It’s very important chance for me to join GO PLM program,” said by Kang YongBin who graduated from SIT, now he is employed by UDS.
” My major is machinery, I learned new knowledge in software in mold industry during my internship period with Siemens PLM Software, it offers a good platform to us from university studying to employment with its channel partner……” said by ShiMin.
