The Siemens and AWS partnership: Siemens achieves AWS Manufacturing and Industrial Competency

As manufacturers across the globe move to the cloud, a primary concern is “who to trust?” Who has the combined manufacturing experience and cloud expertise to transform the way critical data is used, transmitted and stored?

Siemens Digital Industries Software recently announced it has achieved the highly coveted Amazon Web Services (AWS) Manufacturing and Industrial Competency designation. For complete details, read the official announcement here.

Exactly what does this designation mean?

The new AWS designation recognizes Siemens for its expertise in providing customers professional services and/or software solutions for an end-to-end industrial manufacturing toolchain. Selected AWS Manufacturing and Industrial Competency partners have been proven to provide customers with solutions related to their digital transformation while assuring customers have the support from a validated AWS partner.
