Conferences: RTOS performance and a keynote
This time of year is usually quite busy for me, presenting at conferences. This year is no exception. I recently did a round trip to attend two conferences in Germany and France …
ESE Kongress, Stuttgart, Germany
This is an annual, week-long conference with a small exhibition. It is very focused on the German domestic market and most sessions are delivered in German. However, I am pleased that they do allow a few language-challenged presenters, like me, to participate. It does, unfortunately, mean that I can gain little from attending other sessions. My presentation was How to Measure RTOS Performance. If you would like a copy of the slides, please contact me by email or via social networking.
IP-SoC, Grenoble, France
This 2-day conference is not specifically focused on software, but some representation seems popular. As has commonly been the case in the past, I was invited to deliver a keynote on the second day. My talk was titled Embedded Software is Everywhere – a detailed review of the role of software in a consumer device. Again, if you would like a copy of the slides, please contact me by email or via social networking.
