Arm TechCon
Next week – on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – one of the foremost events in the embedded systems world is taking place once again in San Jose, California: the Arm TechCon. This annual event has gradually grown in size and stature over the years. Although it is dedicated to Arm®-based technology, this covers such a large proportion of systems being developed that the conference has much to offer most developers …
The event is comprised of several parts. It is essentially a technical conference with an attached exhibition, at which we will have a booth – #737. If you are attending, do stop by and say hi. The booth has a theatre area where brief, technical presentations [“lightening talks”] will be taking place through the show. I will be doing one of these on Wednesday: Embedded multicore: enablement of heterogeneous OSes and mixed criticality systems
The conference has an extensive, multi-stream program covering many aspects of embedded system development in which Mentor has numerous contributed papers in a variety of fields. I have one:
Tuesday 14:30-15:20 – Power Management in Embedded Systems
Do come along if you are able.
An additional, very interesting event at the show is a hands on workshop: Development of Web/Mobile IoT Applications that Connect to Embedded Devices
Full details of Mentor’s involvement at Arm TechCon can be found here and here.

See you there!
