Interview with Bill Allen from JPL

How often do you get a chance to talk to a guy that gets to send things into space? OK, maybe it happens to you all the time, but for me it was a rare treat.  Bill Allen from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA spoke during the main NX session on Monday at PLM Connection and I caught up with him afterwords.  In the video I ask Bill about some of the unique challenges of designing products for space flight (no product recalls after launch here) and the key to the future of decision making.
