Customer Support:  Transforming the Process of Innovation

Sitting here next to the booth at customer support, hoping my laptop battery could spontaneously fill itself with juice, and looking over I noticed they appeared to be concentrating very hard on their machines and in deep discussion. I had to quickly go over and snap a pic of the as they worked.

Actually I think the guys on the end were watching the latest sports results!

They are giving away prizes in their drawing if you happen to be here at the event drop by and give them your card and you too can walk away with a prize. In this instance, a new Seagate 500 gig External Hard Drive! I helped myself to the candy in the jar. I’m already a winner.
