GrabCAD demonstrates cloud based collaboration for engineers at SEU14, selects Parasolid

This morning at Solid Edge University 2014 we welcomed Hardi Meybaum, CEO of GrabCAD to the main stage where he commented on today’s announcement that GrabCADhas licensed Siemens’ Parasolid® software to provide 3D model interrogation, inspection and visualization within their Workbench application for cloud-based product data management. We are excited to strengthen our partnership with GrabCAD and with both Solid Edge and GrabCAD Workbench utilizing Parasolid we see tremendous possibilities in the future for Solid Edge users who want to share their designs and collaborate with suppliers and customers on the cloud.
