Why did you choose this project/design?

“It was the task at the university to build a 3D model of a six-axis industrial robot.

What challenges did you face during the design/build?
“It wasn’t hard, but it was new for me to provide movement of the robot.”

What features of NX did you use to develop your project?
“I used solid modeling and bottom-up assembly.”

What lessons did you learn in the process?
“I learn how to work with different types of mates in assemblies. I also learned how to do the rendering of the model.”

Would you recommend NX to another student?
“Yes, because NX is a very powerful product that can help to solve a lot of problems with lifecycle management of product.”
