Things starting to come together in Boston

I got to the Hotel Intercontinental in Boston a few hours ago and things are already coming together.  The control room is in full swing: printing badges, going over agendas…and eating lunch.

In the main room things are almost all set as well: all the projectors (wonder how I could get an extended trial of one of those for my home theater;-), the stage and the signage are fired up and ready to go.  All the table stakes have been put down to make this a great event.

The real fun will start in a few hours with some dry runs before we light the fuse tomorrow morning at 8:00 AM.  I’ve got to help out with the practice session for our Second Life simulcast and then grab some people for video interviews.  Who should I get as my first victim?
