After the keynote presentations on the first day of SEU14 I had the chance to talk with Michelle Boucher from industry analyst Tech-Clarity. We talked about the customer focus of Karsten Newbury’s keynote presentation and the reaction of Solid Edge users to the new capabilities in Solid Edge ST7. Michelle also commented on the focus on ease-of-access to Solid Edge software, including the expanded monthly subscriptions program and the Greenpower initiative where high school students are using Solid Edge software to design electric powered vehicles.
