Welcoming Tim Egloff to our Blogsquad
For those of you who have been reading our blog for while, you know Markus Erlmann as the voice of digital manufacturing and Tecnomatix here. (Last seen in a video on virtual commissioning from Hannover Messe). As I mentioned in that post, Markus is in a new role helping deploy PLM technology throughout Siemens. We hope Markus continues to blog here periodically so you can learn more about how Siemens itself implements PLM technology.
In the meantime, Markus left some big social media shoes to fill. So there will be two folks joining us from the Tecnomatix team. First to complete blog training 😉 is Tim Egloff.
Tim is currently a marketing manager for Tecnomatix and responsible for our Quality Management solutions integrated with Teamcenter.
He’s had an interesting internal blog series going on “the manufacturing conversation.” In it, he has educated our sales team on the digital manufacturing environment, the questions we face from customer and how we can help answer them. His conversational style should get some discussion going here.
Tim may look young in that picture but has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software. You can see more about him on LinkedIn and follow him as he gets started on Twitter. I’ll let him tell you more about himself.
