Schneckenflügel, Germany’s leading screw blade manufacturer, is leveraging Siemens Opcenter Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) to improve production efficiency, cutting customer delivery time by 50%. A+B Solutions, a Siemens solution partner, implemented Opcenter APS for detailed production planning, allowing C. E. Schneckenflügel to schedule production processes well in advance. 

C. E. Schneckenflügel has been investing in digitalization to establish the company’s competitiveness for the future. As a next step in their digital transformation journey, they needed to accelerate their delivery of exact screw flights by implementing an electronic production control system.
