Going autonomous at SIA Vehicule Autonome 2018 in Paris

A few days after being back from the Autonomous Vehicle Technology World Expo 2018 in Stuttgart – which happened to be very exciting for us, thanks for asking – we’re hitting back the road and are about to settle down for a few days in Paris from June 25 to 27 2018. Why is that? Because we’re more than happy to be present at THE french conference about autonomous vehicles. This conference is gathering all the french actors working on autonomous vehicles technologies, and gives a space to share initiatives, innovations and methodologies on all aspects related to the development of such complex systems.

The first part of this conference, called “Regards croisés sur le vehicule autonome“, will introduce the state of the art and enable experts in different domains to share, learn, meet and get new insights to accelerate innovation.

The second part of the conference, called “Validation du Véhicule Autonomone“, will address more specifically how simulation and testing can support the engineering efforts and be essential to enable massive scenario simulation and validation of safety-critical features. During this congress, Gabriele Pullini and Thierry Delaye from Siemens PLM Software / Mentor Graphics will give a presentation on “ADAS and AV systems verification and validation using hardware emulation-In the Loop » (HEiL).

We’ll be present during the 3 days on the exhibition area to introduce our solutions for the engineering of autonomous vehicles. Siemens PLM Software is developing a unique platform to become the single technology partner that can connect multiple engineering solutions (integrated chipsets, electric and electronic systems, vehicle performance) for product development into a solution environment that supports the entire product lifecycle, enabling series production of autonomous vehicles.

Feel free to register to the event. We’re looking forward to meeting you there!
