MAYA HTT Presenting at the 2014 Femap Symposium
At the Femap Symposium (14 – 16 May in Atlanta), Sairam Prabhakar from Siemens partner MAYA Heat Transfer Technologies will show the entire process of structural design and analysis on a space antenna assembly: importing the geometry, extracting the mid-surfaces, meshing, modeling the composite parts using FEMPLY, performing linear static and modal solutions using NX Nastran, conducting a base-driven random vibration analysis using SAToolkit, and finally post-processing all the results in the Femap environment.
FEMPLY, developed by Siemens technology partner PlySim in the UK, is a composite ply-based modelling tool that is fully integrated into Femap.
The Femap SAToolkit, developed by MAYA HTT, includes analytical tools for conducting NX Nastran base-driven harmonic and random simulation in the modal domain.
Come to the Femap Symposium and find out more about how these two powerful Femap integrated analysis tools can help simulate complex engineering problems.
The Femap Symposium is being held in Atlanta, GA at the Westin Peachtree Plaza on May 14 – 16. Register now to secure your place at this great event.
