In many cases, the total investment is less than purchasing individual licenses, while flexibility is drastically increased regardless of whether Solid Edge add-on products are used daily or occasionally.

With a flexible token system, you can easily mix and match add-on products to take advantage of extended functionalities, as needed. Companies purchase a set of tokens which allow users to run a wide array of applications. Tokens are available to purchase in annual subscription packs which make add-on products available as a single, sharable bundle. Tokens can be checked in and checked out to allow for maximum flexibility. Each add-on product consumes a defined number of tokens when in use. The total number of applications and which specific applications that can be checked out is limited by the number tokens users have available.
