Jay Gorajia, Director, Global Services, Siemens Digital Industries Software, will present the technical paper, “Optimizing Throughput and Cost with Manufacturing Simulation,” on Wednesday, February 5, 1:30PM – 3:00PM, during the S14: Industry 4.0 track.
Jay is Director, Global Services for Siemens’ digital manufacturing suite of solutions at Siemens Digital Industries Software. Mr. Gorajia works with product development and manufacturing organizations to help them realize their digital manufacturing and digitalization strategy. Mr. Gorajia is responsible for defining and driving strategic planning, financial planning and business development best practices for services while ensuring to align and operationalize the services strategy across development teams and geographic regions. For over 24 years Mr. Gorajia has worked with hundreds of product development and manufacturing organizations around the world, resulting in real improvements. Mr. Gorajia holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Electronic Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management. He has published a number of articles and White Papers in industry-leading technical magazines and industry conferences and a frequent keynote speaker around Smart Manufacturing and Digitalization
