Tessent online seminars for at-home learning

It’s May 2020, and many of us have been working from home for months. Because in-person technical training classes will be discouraged for a while longer, Tessent has created four new on-line seminars so you can continue to hone your design-for-test and silicon yield knowledge from home.

We invite you to join any of these free, one-hour, web-based seminars live. They feature the most talked about DFT technologies and are presented by Tessent experts and guest industry partners. Topics include automotive IC test, faster silicon bring-up, improved productivity, and volume diagnosis.
