Tarun has extensive experience in Marketing, Product Management, New Product Introduction, Sales Enablement and Technology Evangelism in the enterprise software space. Tarun fell in love with CAD in his first SDRC I-DEAS class while studying to become a Mechanical Engineer at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. This led him to Matra Datavision where he launched a new CAD product line globally as a Technical Product Manager. Then, as a Senior PLM Consultant he learned that there were significant bottlenecks due to lack of mobility of the enterprise workforce so he bootstrapped a startup developing a mobile application to view 3D/2D CAD and enterprise data from various PLM/CAD platforms. Later, after moving to Dassault Systemes, Tarun had global responsibility for marketing of the 3D Visualization and DMU portfolio including EAI Web Services, and led the introduction of the V6 and 3DExperience Cloud/SaaS platform. At DS, Tarun was the lead Evangelist supporting major Auto OEM RFP’s such as GM, Jaguar Land Rover, PSA, Renault, Honda and Tesla where he collaborated with the DS Team and & the customer to ensure the portfolio is presented & deployed optimally. Moving again into the startup world as a Director of Industry Solutions for Cloudalize, he marketed a solution to solve the design and collaboration bottlenecks experienced in Auto/Aero industries. As a Digital Transformation Consultant, Tarun learned more about Industry 4.0 Technologies and the challenges companies are facing to transform their business models and GTM. Bringing innovative solutions to market is what drives Tarun, and what he enjoys doing most: A marketer, evangelist and self-starter who loves the NPI process.
