Accellera Day at DVCon U.S. 2024
DVCon U.S. 2024 will be a week packed with paper sessions, tutorials, panels, keynotes and more on the latest in design and verification technology advancements. On Monday, March 4th, the start of DVCon U.S., there will be a focus on the standards work coming from Accellera and those that are undergoing further refinement in the IEEE in addition to tutorials and workshops from conference sponsors.
Accellera will host the Monday lunch at DVCon where a short update on the organization’s current standards progress will be shared along with awarding a Distinguished Service Award to a long-time friend of Accellera. Following this, there will be a discussion on the progress to determine if there should be a standardization effort initiated to federate simulation practices across different domains. The Federated Simulation Standard (FSS) Proposed Working Group’s vice chair, Mark Burton will discuss this, and he will be joined by Yury Bayda from Ford Motor Company to discuss possible benefits of FSS.
